ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. UNLESS THERE IS AN ERROR ON OUR BEHALF. 

In the event that a return is needed, please contact us via email within 48hrs of receiving package. All items must be in its original state UNOPENED.

 Please allow 3-7 business days for shipment handling and 3-5 business days for shipment arrival. Tracking numbers will be provided to customers upon shipment drop-off. Once the carrier receives the package, we are not liable for any delayed packages, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the carrier in the case of this event.
